Can I Cancel My Order?
Sorry! Unfortunately, once your order is placed, we are unable to cancel through our system immediately. If you ordered an item you wish to return, email us at contact@shoprewrites.com and request a refund or exchange.

Can I Track My Order?
Once your order is processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with the tracking number of your order. Please be aware it may take around 24hrs for this email to arrive in your inbox or slightly longer if your order is placed over a weekend.

SHIPPING

Do You Ship Worldwide?
Absolutely. We ship to all countries and offer free shipping to Canada + US! Just enter your full address, and we will take it from there. Please note for international orders, the receiver is responsible for any applicable duties and taxes imposed by their country's customs.

How Long Will It Take To Arrive?
At checkout, you will receive specific shipping times for your region.

Do Your Sunglasses Offer Protect From The Sun?
Yes! All of our sunglasses have TAC polarized lens protection, a new lens technology formulated to provide the highest visual and polarised clarity level. They include a scratch-resistant coating and block 100% harmful UV rays up to 400 nanometers - all while being lightweight yet having a high impact resistance.

Can I Add My Prescription Lenses?
We recommend taking your frames to your optometrist, who will be able to switch the lenses for your prescription.

How Will I Know Which Sunglasses Suit My Face Shape?
Knowing your face shape lets you better understand what sunglasses suit your face. Within our Face Chart, you will find a clear description to spot which face shape you fall under, along with a few frame recommendations. You can find our 'Face Chart' on our home page.

After confirming which face shape, you are, you will find in each product description the recommended face shape for each frame. If you are unsure about a product or have any questions, please get in touch with us at contact@shoprewrites.com.

What Do I Do If My Sunglasses Are Too Tight or Too Loose?
You can visit any eyewear store, and they can adjust your frames. They have special heating machines that will warm your frames, and they will adjust and fit them to your face.

WARRANTY

What Is Rewrites Warranty Policy?
All Rewrites Eyewear come with a one-year manufacturer warranty from the original date of purchase. Your Rewrites Eyewear warranty excludes any damaged product caused by daily use and normal wear and tear, any product altered from its original purchased condition, and any lost or stolen frames. Please ensure you follow our aftercare guide in each package to ensure the longevity and safety of your frames. Pictures of defects will need to be submitted as proof to qualify for a replacement exchange or refund. For all warranty inquiries, please email us at contact@shoprewrites.com, and provide us with your email address, order number and photo of your defective frames.

RETURNS & EXCHANGE

What Is Your Return Policy?
You have 14 days from receiving your order to arrange your exchange or refund. Return labels are at your own cost, and the pricing depends on carrier service and location. Please use a tracking number on all returns/exchanges, we can only refund/exchange for goods we receive that fit our terms.

The original packaging must have the sunglasses you ordered and all items it came with intact. We won't be able to process a refund on sunglasses that are used or damaged. If a package is lost or damaged after being received by the freight forwarder, it is the freight forwarder's responsibility.

What Can You Do If My Glasses Are Faulty?
We are sorry to hear this, as we thoroughly check all our sunglasses before sending them out. Should you face this unfortunate circumstance, please email contact@shoprewrites.com with a photograph of the defect, and we will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

We use 100% recyclable materials for our packaging and biodegradable mailer bags. Each design is made with the finest acetate material. We are constantly striving to do better whenever new resources become available, not only to lower our environmental impact but also to look after the people who help us achieve all of this.

How Do I Care for My Rewrites Items?
