Can I Add My Prescription Lenses?
Yes. All of our sunglasses can be fitted with prescription lenses. Simply visit your trusted optometrist or eyewear professional with your prescription and ask them to fit your lenses into your Rewrites frames. Many of our customers choose to personalize their eyewear this way for everyday wear.
What Do I Do If My Frames Are Too Tight Or Too Loose?
Most opticians can safely adjust acetate frames for a more customized fit using professional equipment. We recommend visiting your local eyewear specialist for any fit adjustments.

Do You Ship Worldwide?
Rewrites currently offers complimentary shipping within Canada and the United States, with international shipping available to select countries, including Australia.
We are continuing to expand our global reach and will be introducing additional destinations soon.
For international orders, customers are responsible for any applicable duties, taxes, or customs fees required by their country.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES
What Is Your Return Policy?
Returns and exchanges may be requested within 14 days of receiving your order.
Items must be returned unused and undamaged, in their original condition, with all original packaging and included accessories. Items showing signs of wear, use, or damage may not be eligible for return.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. All returns must be sent with a trackable shipping service, and tracking information must be provided to Rewrites once the return has been shipped.
Every pair is carefully inspected before leaving our studio. If your eyewear arrives with a manufacturing defect, please email contact@shoprewrites.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We’ll be happy to assist you.

AFTERCARE
How Do I Care For My Rewrites Eyewear?
To preserve your frames, we recommend storing them in their protective case, cleaning your lenses with the included microfiber cloth, and avoiding exposure to excessive heat.
Each order includes care instructions to help maintain the quality and longevity of your eyewear.
All Rewrites eyewear includes a one-year manufacturer's warranty from the original date of purchase.
Our warranty covers manufacturing defects but does not cover damage resulting from accidents, improper care, alterations, normal wear and tear, or lost or stolen eyewear.
To submit a warranty claim, please email contact@shoprewrites.com with your order number and photos clearly showing the issue.
